Kappa Delta Chi chapter function, and/or meeting should not be dicussed with any
member not present, excluding regional and national leadership, and chapter advisors

/.Confidentiality Rule B - Answerall matters pertaining to policy or constituiton violation
are to be brought to the attention of the Standards Officer only. Diclosure of such
matters to any others is a violation of the confidentiality Policy

/.Confidentiality Rule C - Answerstandards committee meetings Kappa Delta Chi with
traditions (i.e. shilds meaning, Greek letter meanings, etc.) and all mother standards
issues are also covered by the confidentiality rule

/.Confidentiality Rule D - Answerif a member is absent, she may contact the secretary to
hear the minutes of that meeting. Anyone other than the secretary diclosing such
information is in violation of confidentiality

/.Confidentiality Rule E - Answerif a new member/charter member is absent, she is
responsible for getting in contact with the NME/Charter ME to hear the minutes of the
meeting.

/.Confidentiality Rule F - Answerany standards issue pertaining to a new member that
has bearing on their qualifactions for membership should diclosed to the active body. In
the event of a standrads issue pertaining to a Charter member, this will be disclosed to
the charter member education officer, VP of expansion, and VP of recruitment and
intake.

/.Violation A - Answerany memeber determinded by the stabdards committee to have
broken the confidenriality reulw will be reprimanded with results ranging from
suspension to expulsion. for members of the executive committee, this could include
losing their office.

/.Violation B - Answerany memeber who breaks condifentiality will be expected to
submit a letter of apology to the people concerned

/.Violation C - AnswerThe standards officer is subjected to this rule also. in the event
that the standards officer violates condidentiality, she will appear before the executive
committee instead of the standards committee.
