A3 – Kortademigheid enademhalingsproblemen
Acute dyspnoe
Acuut: klachten ontstaan in minuten tot uren
Chronisch: geleidelijk beloop (>4-8 weken)
Oorzaken van acute dyspnoe:
Respiratoir
o Bronchospasme
o Longembolie
o Pneumothorax
o Lagere luchtweginfectie (pneumonie of bronchitis)
o Bovenste luchtwegobstructie (aspiratie of anafylaxie)

o Shock op basis van sepsis of verbloeding
