Deze casestudy richt zich op de mantelzorgondersteuning bij hemodialysepatiënten. Het onderzoek is
gebaseerd op een specifieke patiëntencasus binnen de dialyseafdeling van het [naam ziekenhuis] De focus ligt
op hoe dialyseverpleegkundigen de mantelzorg(over)belasting kunnen inventariseren bij hemodialysepatiënten.

Dit is een afstudeerproject vanuit de Hogeschool Leiden voor de opleiding Verpleegkunde. Er is aan deze
casestudy gewerkt van september tot januari 2024.
