Part 1: About Me
Answer the following questions to capture how you see yourself in terms of values, aspirations,
key qualities, goals, strengths, and areas of growth:
1) Describe your values, motivations or aspirations in your own words.
My values, motivations and aspirations are very important. My main value and motivation is my
family. I am the first in my immediate family to go to college. Since then I have inspired my
mother to go to college and follow her dream which is Psychology. I have 5 children and I want
to have a career so that they are well off for generations. That is why they are my motivation.
My mother struggled to take care us because the jobs had to work at low paying jobs.
2) Describe some of your main personal, academic, and professional goals. Make sure to write
five or more complete sentences.
I have multiple main personal goals. My top 2 personal goals are that in 5 years I want to buy my
first home and have a perfect credit score. My academic goal is to maintain honor roll. I feel
that maintaining those grades would mean I fully understand what I am learning,My
professional is to start my own business. I have always wanted to start my own business so I feel
that this is actually a personal goal also.
3) What are some of your strength areas? Think about the top 2–3 skills you would advertise
about yourself, or consider what others come to you for advice about. Make sure to write five or
more complete sentences.
One of my strength areas is determination. I am a hard worker when it comes to anything I do. I
never give up on task I start. Another strength of mine is my innovation skill. I am great when it
comes to coming up with ideas. Another strength of mine is communication even though I am
still perfecting it. I feel that I am able to converse and get my point across in multiple ways.

4) What are some areas you would like to grow and improve in? Make sure to write five or more
complete sentences.
Some areas I would like to improve in would be productivity. I have a hard time trying to stay
organized. I feel that if I could get more done if I can organize my time. I spend a lot of time
trying figure our what to do at certain times. Another area I want to improve in is
communication. I communicate well with others but public speaking for me is horrible, Even if
it is a small crowd I am still nervous about making mistakes or if I studied my script enough.
