need to create networks for crime prevention within Soshanguve. Compiling a community profile
will enable you to identify the problems, resources and other factors in order to mobilise
community groups and ensure cooperation in crime prevention. A community profile will therefore
be the planning tool that you will use to get a picture of the community’s needs, concerns and
