What do you consider to be the key challenges in coding data from an open-ended

An open-ended interview is a way of gathering information from people. When creating
codes, they’re put into a coding frame. This frame is important because it represents the
organizational structure and influences the usefulness of the coded results. There are
two types: A flat frame which means that all codes are the same level of specificity and
easy to understand and the hierarchical frame which captures a taxonomy of how one
code relates to another. Some things to consider when coding open-ended questions are
the size and coverage of the frame and should be flexible. When creating codes make
sure they contrast each other and reduce the data and Accuracy means consistent coding

summarize the results of the entire survey effectively.
