2) HRM: hoogrisicomedicatie: GM lijken wel klein, maar zijn bij verkeerd gebruik niet
onschuldig. GM waarbij sprake is van een verhoogd risico op het veroorzaken van ernstige
tot zeer ernstige schade bij de patiënt bij verkeerdelijk gebruik.
