history of patients who present themselves with complications in eye vision are important
(Nelson,2018).
Medical history and family history enable specialists to determine root courses of their
complications. For the case of the 72-year-old man, the patient's perception of visual
disturbances has to be taken into consideration. The patient's ability to read and how the patient
can see the words are some of the factors that have to be put into account. There might be
