,Inleiding
Op afdeling Elzenbosch van Thebe Elisabeth lopen we al een langere tijd tegen een probleem
aan. Op de afdeling ligt te veel voorraad aan medicijnen van de cliënten in de
medicijnkamer. Dit is een probleem, omdat er voor één cliënt soms wel 10 insulinepennen
en of meerdere zalven liggen terwijl de afspraak is dat er voor 2 weken aan voorraad moet
en mag liggen. Dit brengt gevolgen met zich mee voor de cliënt, verpleegkundigen, en de
organisatie. Ergens ligt hiervan de oorzaak welke wij doormiddel van dit verbeterproject
willen gaan uitvinden. Door deze oorzaak aan te pakken is het de bedoeling dat dit probleem
aan te veel medicatie zal verdwijnen. Doormiddel van een probleemanalyse zullen we de
mogelijke oorzaken gaan bekijken, hiermee kunnen we een enquête opstellen. Hieruit
kunnen we de oorzaak opmaken. Vervolgens gaan we aanbevelingen maken waar
interventies mee opgestart kunnen worden.
