Case: Pregnant women with a PCN allergy who answered Yes on Health Form to "Hx of Infective Endocarditis" with her written explanation of "rheumatic fever and heart murmur". ABX? I put that "No ABX are indicated" but read AHA guidelines on hx of IE. Options included 4 abx's (including Clarithromycin, Cephalexin) and option that abx is not needed.
