I say no to any steroids and supplements in school sport, or well at any time.
You are busy to develop and grow when you in school and any steroids and supplements will
have an influence on you. All learners must can compete in sport against other learners that
is equal to each other. You need to find yourself and develop; you need to enjoy your sport.

The best fluid replacement is fresh water.
Learners need to learn from a young age about any drugs, steroids and supplements in sport.
You need to encourage fair competition and foul play ruled out. Any drugs are prohibited in
sport and can ban you from doing any sport.
It is not worth it to use any steroids and supplements because then you not motivating
yourself to do your best you believe in drugs to help you.
Steroids and supplements can also have a negative influence on you and can cause
problems in your life.
Learners must also know that when you expect anyone to use any steroids and supplement
that you will test them and then they can’t do any sport.
Learners must learn to accept themselves for who they are.

2. Which are the most common posture problems? How could you correct these
problems?

Round Round upper back, or kyphosis, is a marked increase in the curve of the
upper back. The head and shoulders are usually held in a forward position,
back (kyphosis) and the backward curve of the upper body causes the pelvis to tilt
forward slightly and the knees to bend somewhat. This condition
increases the strain on the upper back muscles and shifts the weight of
the body to the front of the foot.

Hollow Hollow back, or lordosis, is an exaggerated forward curve of the lower
back (lordosis) back. The most common signs are a protruding abdomen, a swayback,
and hyperextension of the knees.

Lateral Lateral curvature, or scoliosis, can be C-shaped, extending the length
curvature of the spinal column, or S-shaped, with a small curve on the upper back
(scoliosis) and a compensating curve on the lower back. The C-shaped curve is
normally toward the left, since most learners are right-handed and tend
to lean to the weaker side. This comes from the constant elevation of
the right arm and the learner's tendency to lean toward the left side of
the desk while writing and performing other sitting activities.
