1.Introduction



The following report will assess the Kerry Group financial and strategic
management from a director point of view based on interim performance at the end of
June, 2016. Kerry Group, as a successful multinational corporation, provides a wide
range of products mainly in food and beverage industry (Kerry Group,2016). This report
will evaluate the impact of external and internal factors on company via PESTEL and
SWOT in order to ascertain the efficiency and integrity of management strategies and
financial decision on cash flow and capital budgeting considering the company
performance, product management, market positioning, dividends and share.



2.Company Profile



The Kerry Group, a global manufacturer and distributor of food and beverage,
was found in green fields Listowel, Ireland in 1972. The firm focus on three target group
as Taste and Nutrition, Consumer Food and Agribusiness. Kerry Group shares quoted
on London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Euronext Dublin Stock (Kerry Group, 2016). Stan
McCarthy and Brain Mehigan, as, company CEO and CFO, have reported the sales
revenue estimated at €5.8billion via 140 distribution channels world-wide regarding their
profitable growth in 2016 (Kerry Group, 2016). The Kerry Group robust technical
support system lead them to be a global leader in taste and nutrition solution for food,
flavor, beverage and pharmaceutical markets based on customer-centric business
model. Moreover, the Kerry Group shareholders are distributed between three
segments namely Kerry Co-operative, Retails and Institutions, holding the stock
portion with 14%, 29% and 57% respectively. The intuitional shareholder with highest
