Voor u ligt het portfolio van de module OTP13 – Trainen als een professie.
Tijdens deze module was het de bedoeling dat je een trainingsvraag gaat analyseren en een
trainingsaanbod gaat ontwerpen. Vervolgens voer je de training uit en evalueert op de inhoudt als op
het proces en je persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
Ik vond het een onwijs leuke module om te volgen. In het tweede jaar van de deeltijdopleiding
toegepaste psychologie had ik al de module OTP06 – Adviseren en trainen in je werk, waarmee ik
kennis kon maken met het trainersvak. Daardoor voelde deze module als een goede toevoeging en
verdieping om nu verder in de materie te duiken en te oefenen in je rol als adviseur en trainer.
Het gehele proces vond ik erg spannend, met voorname het begin. Ik zou graag verder willen
ontwikkelen in het trainersvak, maar merkte dat mijn eigen onzekerheid mij nog erg in de weg zat.
Door de lessen heen, is dit minder geworden waardoor ik de training met plezier heb uit kunnen
voeren.
Ik wil in het bijzonder mijn docent X bedanken. Niet alleen heb ik onwijs genoten van haar
bevlogenheid omtrent het vak trainen, ook was ze erg betrokken met alle studenten. Ze creëerde
keer op keer een veilige omgeving, waarin leren voorop stond en we uitgenodigd werden om onze
grenzen te verleggen. Ik heb de lessen als erg plezierig en inspirerend ervaren.
