,Voorwoord
Voor u ligt het portfolio ‘Psychische kwetsbaarheid, herstel en ethiek. Het
portfolio voor deze opdracht is uitgevoerd binnen het sociaal werk. Het portfolio
is geschreven in het kader om module 5 aan de opleiding Social Work aan de
Avans Hogeschool af te ronden.
Mijn werk is gevestigd in Udenhout. Locatie Vincentius. Daar werk ik vanaf 3
september 2022 op woning 4-19. Dit is een intensieve woongroep met 24- uurs
begeleiding. De doelgroep van deze woning is licht- tot matig verstandelijk
beperkt. De cliënten die binnen deze intensieve doelgroep vallen hebben naast
een ontwikkelingsachterstand en gedragsproblemen zoals autisme, een
gestagneerde emotionele ontwikkeling, voortkomend uit jarenlange overvraging
of zelfoverschatting (Didden, 2011).
Gedurende mijn werk houd ik me bezig met de coördinatie van de hulp rondom
meerdere cliënten. Vanuit mijn opleiding kwam de vraag een verslag te schrijven
over psychische kwetsbaarheid van één van de cliënten. Waarna ik onderzoek
heb gedaan
