- 35 metre Sprint Test - -A test for speed. Equipment needed are two cones,
a tape measure and a stopwatch.
- Multi Stage Fitness Test - -A test for aerobic endurance. Also known as the
bleep test. Equipment needed are cones, a tape measure, the CD and a CD
player.
- Forestry Step Test - -A test for aerobic endurance. Equipment needed are
a bench (40cm high for males and 33cm high for females), a metronome set
at 90 beats per minute and a stopwatch. Need to record body weight,
complete the test for 5 minutes and then take pulse rate 15 seconds after
stopping, for 15 seconds. Use the table to interpret your results.
- Illinois Agility Test - -A test for agility. Equipment needed are a tape
measure, stopwatch and 8 cones and set up like the diagram.
