A book written by Fernando Trias de Bes made to mention what is not mentioned at the time
of undertaking and about the obstacles to entrepreneurship.
The business world is governed by an unbreakable rule: there are no valid rules. There are
no closed recipes. What works in one case is useless in another. What would be advisable
in one situation would be an aberration in another. If I affirmed that those offered here are
irrefutable truths, I would be attacking the truth (worth the redundancy). Many people

but of entrepreneurial creativity. Similarly, you can ignore what is recommended here and
still be successful. That is why I am convinced that the defective nature of this book will help
many entrepreneurs: either it will open their eyes to modify issues that they have not had in
or they will stay in their strategies with greater knowledge of the facts.
The five parts in which this essay has been structured correspond to the areas that
concentrate most of the factors that induce failure and that are: the nature of the person who
undertakes, the partners, the business idea, the family situation of the entrepreneur and
growth management.
This book is divided into 14 rounds or situations in which the entrepreneur must face in his
adventure of entrepreneurship. Failing in these rounds may mean that you are a FALSE
entrepreneur motivated by an idea and that the best option is to retire.
Regarding the person who undertakes:
1. The business idea is not a motive. The idea is dynamite and motivation is the trigger,
