killed by a Sioux whose name was High Forehead. The chief Conquering Bear wanted to nego-
tiate with the soldiers, but no solution got found out. There was a nervous soldier shoot a Sioux,
and many soldiers got killed by the Sioux. But Chief Conquering Bear also got killed in this Mas-
sacre.
