during clinical courses, any suspicions of substance abuse by a student, or a student involved in a

What are the health requirements for clinical courses? ANS: - An annual history and physical
examination documenting absence of health problems. -A negative skin test for tuberculosis. - Proof of
annual flu vaccine. -Documentation of 2 MMR vaccines. -Documentation of TDAP. -Proof of three series
Hep B vaccine. -Varicella antibody testing. -A list of all prescribed medications.

Explain the appeals process. ANS: A letter with supporting extenuating circumstances can be addressed
to the Chairperson of Appeals Subcommittee of the Semester Coordinators' Group- who along with the
