on the rights of women and children. The project is for the Sunnydale Advice
Centre. You are going to use the following stationery for the campaign: ................ 7

To answer Question 1. (a) You should refer Mishak, who sustained injuries to his
neck as a result of a car accident, to a hospital or a doctor for medical treatment.
You should advise Mishak to report the accident to the police and to inform his car
insurance company about the accident. Additionally, if Mishak decides to claim
compensation for his injuries, you should refer him to a personal injury lawyer or the
Road Accident Fund.

Answer: For Mishak's legal problem, I would refer him to a personal injury lawyer
who can help him pursue compensation for his injuries. Mishak may also need
medical attention, so I would encourage him to seek medical care if he hasn't already
