I think during a physical exercise the heart and breathing rate will start to increase and the
blood pressure will start to decrease and this is the opposite of what happens when a
person is in a relaxed state.
I got the results of an individuals physical activity by researching online and the method the
individual used was they first ensured they had resting time of 5 minutes and this was to
ensure they were in relaxed state before exercise. They measured there pulse BPM, blood
presser and respiration RPM and this was the resting observations. After this they started
exercise for 2 minutes and wile they were exercising there pulse, respiration and their blood
pressure was recorded straightaway after the exercise. After this stage 3 more burst of
exercise were done also for 2 minutes each and the results were also recoded again after
each stage of exercise.
The result of physical activity was the following:
