Passage A
Once upon a time, in a small village Mupungula near some big hills in Edendale, there was a
girl named Thandeka. Thandeka always wondered about the forest next to her village, but
everyone told her it was too dangerous to go into.
One sunny day, Thandeka decided to explore the forest anyway. She walked deeper and
deeper until she found a clearing filled with sunlight. In the middle stood a very old tree with
branches reaching up high.
Curious, Thandeka touched the tree, and suddenly, a magical doorway appeared. Without
thinking, Thandela stepped through and found herself in a magical world full of fairies and
talking animals.
Thandela learned that this magical world was in trouble because of an evil sangoma.
Determined to help, Thandeka went on a journey to find a special crystal that could defeat
the sorcerer.
Along the way, Thandeka made friends with all sorts of creatures who helped her. Finally,
she found the crystal and used it to defeat the sangoma, saving the magical world.
After her adventure, Thandeka returned home, knowing she'd always remember her magical
journey. She realized that while adventures are fun, there's no place like home with family
and friends. Thandeka's bravery and kindness made her a hero in her village, and her story
became a legend that people told for generations.

Passage B
In the shadow of a brooding gothic house, there lived an enigmatic painter named Julian.

than the house’s ancient walls, and her smile was a whisper of forbidden lore.
One stormy night, a scream shattered the silence, and Evelyn vanished, leaving behind only
a scarlet smear on Julian’s latest canvas. The townsfolk whispered of a murder, their eyes
darting fearfully towards the house perched like a dark sentinel on the hill.
Julian locked himself away, his brushes now painting only in shades of red. Whispers turned
to rumors, rumors to legends. They said he was searching for a way to bring her back, his
love transcending even death.
Years passed, and the house fell into disrepair, but sometimes, a figure could be seen in the
attic window, a silhouette against the lightning-streaked sky. They say it was Julian, eternally
bound to his muse, his art, and the night of the murder. And on the wind, if one listens
closely, the echo of a woman’s laughter intertwines with the howl of the storm, as enigmatic
as the painter himself.
