NUMBER SETS
The number sets are categories in which numbers are classified based on the
characteristics they have. Within these sets, we have five categories: natural
numbers, integers numbers, rational numbers, irrational numbers, and real
numbers. With all these categories, we obtain the number sets, which are the
foundation of mathematics and allow us to perform various operations.
NATURAL NUMBERS (N)
Those numbers that are greater than 0 and range from 1 to infinity are
characterized by being the most basic numbers, and their notation is N.
N={1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,...,∞}
With numbers, we also have even and odd numbers.
Even numbers: they are denoted as 2n with n>0 and are the following:
{2,4,6,8,10,...,2n}
Odd numbers: they are denoted as 2n+1 with n>0. one of their characteristics
is that they are not multiples of two, and some of them are:
{1,3,5,7,9,11,...,2n+1}
