Your company is going Face-To-Face When firing an employee, it may be
through a reorganization Conversation awkward and unsettling for the individual
and you have been tasked who oversees getting rid of the employee or
with firing three of your employees. It is always important that
team members. however they do it, it should be in a kind
and respectful matter. One way of not to do
it would be to use any written format for
letting them know they are fired. “The
recipient feels like you don’t have the
courage or respect for them to have a real
time conversation.” (Tim Sanders, 2015)
Even when firing an individual make sure to
respectful do so. This way nothing is said in
a negative way towards the company, giving
them a bad reputation. Using face-to-face
will give them more clarification that they are
important but there was something better
offered for the company, but at least the
company gives the respect to sit down with
them. Most importantly it shows them that
the company does care about them in a
way.
You have a last minute Text Message When things come up suddenly at work it is
change to a meeting sometimes hard to contact all the individuals
agenda and need to let that need to be contacted, for example, a
meeting attendees know meeting change. One way you could contact
about it quickly. those individuals is to use the intercom if
your place of business has one. Using the
intercom, you could easily say “Meeting A
has been moved to this time.” There are
some cases however when individuals are
out of the office and not in the building to
hear the announcement. So, this may not
work. Also, using email will not work
because individuals are not always on their
computers to see an email pop up letting
them know the time change of the meeting.
By using text message, especially now-a-
days, everyone has their phone by them for
important messages that they are waiting
for. By using text message, you can send
out a mass text message to those
