- ‘Behandeling’ is: symptoomvermindering, onderliggende problemen oplossen, geluk verhogen
- Evidence based psychologische behandeling is: wetenschappelijk bewezen methoden die (je
bij) een psycholoog kan uitvoeren
- Behandeltypen: korte termijn vs. lange termijn, individueel vs. groep, symptoom gefocust
vs. persoon gefocust, psychotherapie vs. andere behandeling (medicijnen, DBS, ECT,
running therapie, beeldende/muziek/dans therapie) - Psychotherapie:
- Psychoanalyse (Freud): psychodynamische therapie, transference focused,
metnalization based behandling
- Gedrag (Skinner)
- Humanistisch (Roger): cliënt-centered, emotie focus therapie, gestalt (Perls),
experiënteel, existentieel - Systeem (familie, relatie)
- Cognitieve therapie (Beck): CBT, 2e golf (volgt later), 3e golf zoals EMDR, ACT, MBCT
- Schemafocused therapy (Young): integratie met CBT, experiënteel en gestalt
