= the cerebral construction and updates that allow self-conscious being and interacting in the environment
a two-unit with the cerebral representation of the peripersonal space (PPS)

EMBODIMENT/EMBODIED COGNITION
Concept in the cognitive sciences which emphasizes the importance of:

- visuotactile in the prefrontal cortex
- visuo-audio-tactile in premotor & post. parietal areas
