-doesn't mean supervisor is in contact by cell or radio or has given written instructions to the
unlicensed or uncertified person.

Must a pesticide be registered in RI to be used in RI? - ANSyes, every pesticide must be
registered annually in RI

How can you tell if a pesticide is registered in RI? - ANSNo label statement so cannot tell if it is
registered in RI. Check DEM website or call division of Agriculture.

General Use Pesticide
