NCCAP National Exam Latest Version Graded A+ Resident Council An advocacy group made up of a formal group of residents to support all resident concerns, to have access to the administration, to understand and have access to a formal and written process, and to promote positive activities, such as committees, election information and speakers. Chain of Command The line in which authority flows from the top executive down to the ranks of employees and accountability flows up.
