The role of Internet Marketing as a whole is that it “enables a company to advertise and sell its products and services”1 and the Internet is a strong, effective
way of Marketing because the Internet is very popular in today’s society and it is easily accessible for the majority of customers and the general public,
meaning that businesses like Amazon and JD can make successful sales via the Internet. The role of Internet consists of the 7 P’s in the Marketing Mix;
Product, Place, Promotion, Price, Physical Evidence, People and Process.
