submit a proposal to the owner for the cost of additional services anticipated
in connection with the change.

The Architects services in connection with change orders are considered a
change in service. Right Ans - The architect is obligated to notify the owner
that the services will be performed. Upon receipt of the notice, the owner
must give prompt written notice to the architect if the owner does not want to
be services to be performed.
