when navigating the needs and expectations of different stakeholders. Understanding of who key
stakeholders are, can help to ease some of the complexity. Stakeholders general consist of
patients, physicians, insurance companies, pharmaceutical firms, employers, and the government
(Tesch, & Levy, 2008). With knowledge of your stakeholders as well as needs and expectations,
it is easier to strategize for a win-win every time. “The relationship with the health care worker
and the patient is grounded in respect for trust and ethical principles” (Frezza, 2019). It cannot
be understated how crucial a commitment to honesty and trust is within the healthcare system. A
clear understanding of limitations to the system as well as the physicians own limitations can
help to foster an engaging relationship centered around honesty, patient autonomy, and a
continued building of trust (Frezza, 2019). There should also be disclosure of risks, as well as
