 the creation of something new with value
 by dedicating sufficient time and effort
 and by taking financial, psychological and social risks
 and receiving rewards, consisting of monetary rewards, personal satisfaction and

Difference with managers?

 Managers:
o Follow trends in the environment and preferences of customers
