How to empower the team
Empowering the team at hand is not a simple process because everyone requires different
motivational factors to empower them. However, some basic starting points can be very simple
to achieve. The best starting point is to share and provide knowledge, as the team prepares to
begin the transition of change they will need a constant flow of knowledge that will allow them
to make the best decisions possible when it comes to the recruiter on the ground. The main point
