Your supervisor has asked you to arrange a meeting to outline the
technical specification and three possible different options for an
engineering project that is due to be undertaken in the future.

Context
The information should be discussed verbally in a group setting with
peers and in writing to show more detail. Notes or minutes should be
taken from meeting comments, all technical information should be proof
read and notes also taken on peer body language whilst speaking.

1a - Produce a written project specification describing the technical
scope and parameters of an engineering project with an explanation for
each heading
(This task will cross reference to BTEC Unit 3 P2 – Engineering Project)

1b -Evaluate and explain how this specification could be written in a
different way to further improve the technical information.
Task 1
The learner should also show evidence of;
 Proof reading and correcting English grammar.
 Taking notes from peer presentations or conversations
 Taking notes whilst observing body language.
