If I was the CEO of a bicycle manufacturing company during the hostile takeover
by another firm and was charged with making sure the takeover went smoothly. I
will detail my action and reasons to reduce the cost of manufacturing, cut staff,
and integrate the parent company’s employees, I will also include my suggestions
and thoughts on employee relationships and integration, technological changes,
globalization, and retention of employee talent from an organizational behavior
perspective.

environmental factors affect an individual’s job performance and behavior and
there are several factors from which these conclusions can be made such as the
