As a leader, being harmonious has helped me in various ways.
This strength in me helped me to be successful leader as working as the Manager in quality
department where you are working with different department and many a times I had to
agree and understand what they have their believes and instead of arguing and getting into
conflict helped me to achieve the Goals and it helped me to gradually made them believe
mine process of thinking and achieve the targets in timely manner.
Soo many a times being harmonious made me frustrated as dealing with people with
different mindsets and attributes and having patience. In my project I was dealing with
people with different mindset with different psychological traits with different experience
and with multi- cultural society, so it is very important not to impose our mindset and
instead just try to listen and being a good listener try to bring out a solution which is
agreeable to all so as to achieve success.
It helped me to avoid any conflicting situation and helps to resolve things in peaceful
manner and helped in any disagreements or any argument.
Conclusion- Being harmonious always helps to build the best possible team and is the
key to success for the project I had worked on.

For me this trait refers to being focused means giving direct attention and just trying to be
away from distractions. The word focus means to have concentration on what are you doing,
