What is an Organisational Chart
An Organisational chart is a diagram that shows the structure of an organization and the
relationships and relative ranks of its parts and position and jobs. The term is also used for similar
diagrams, for example ones showing the different elements of a field of knowledge or a group of
languages.
The IKEA corporate structure is divided into two main parts: operations and franchising. Most of
IKEA’s operations, including the management of the majority of its stores, the design and
manufacture of its furniture, and purchasing and supply functions are oversees by Ingka Holding.
Under all this persons are their employees.
