Use the data file ‘eggmass’

• You’ll be using four sets of data, links are provided
• Locate the first file (you previously used it; it’s called ‘eggmass’)
• Begin as usual
• Clear your working space
• Set your working directory and
• Read in the csv file ‘eggmass’ creating the object ‘eggs’

• This file; eggmass, contains the mass of eggs from three different
sites: A, B and C
• Lets investigate this data file (summary())
• siteA contains all the masses from site A and same principle for site
• Let’s calculate the correlation coefficient between the mass of egg
from A and B
