Manipulation: Manipulation refers to the act of using the hands to interact with objects and the
environment. An example of an activity for manipulation is writing with a pen or using a keyboard.

Stability: Stability refers to the ability to maintain balance and control of the body. An example of an
activity for stability is standing on one leg or maintaining a yoga pose.
