Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, as articulated by Luthans (2021) in
"Organizational Behavior," is a psychological framework that outlines five
levels of human needs, arranged in a hierarchical order. These include the
physiological, safety, social, esteem, as well as self-actualization needs.
The order in which these needs are attained can only go up the sequence;
