Answer-All 4 CC on board
No4 at R1 door if not assisting in cabin
If fuelling and disembarking; all 4 CC on board until last passenger leaves
All closed doors (R1, R2 if not required for SCP/PRM use) remain closed with slides

All open doors must have steps or airbridge in position and remain in position until
refuelling completed (except doors in use during ambulift operations)
