This report solves a workplace problem experience following all steps in the problem-solving and decision-making process. Identify potential problems in a work experience and try to respect all steps in solving the issue. The investigation will involve problem-solving tools such as Fishbone cause-effect analysis, PESTLE analysis for collecting the data and PMI as a decision-making tool.
