Civil Litigation (LAW203)

Using the given criteria, I created a civil complaint between two made-up people in a made-up scenario. This is a negligence case, I had to determine what court to file the accusation in and word the document as if it was going to be a live court document. I made a grade of 100% on this assignment.

The student is instructed to draft a complaint including all the proper mechanics required and stated professionally as if it was to be filed.

This assignment instructs the student to write a pre-litigation letter and to include the necessary information to move forward with a case while showing an understanding of the text.

The student is to answer two questions pertaining to the Miller v. North Stamford case showing an understanding of the mechanics of the case.
