CRJ201: Introduction to Criminal Justice (CRJ201)

Building a more just society doesn't happen overnight; regarding the juvenile criminal justice system, it is a work in progress that must consider many factors pertaining to the differences between juveniles and adults. I am the defense for the case of People v. Joey Juvey; I will go over and argue the criminal justice issues, cultural sensitivity, constitutional principles, and diversity awareness with the hope of promoting social justice goals in the local communities.

This paper will go over and summarize three Supreme Court cases, Miranda v. Arizona (1966), Terry v. Ohio (1968), and Weeks v. United States.
