Marketing is the process of determining customer wants and needs and then providing customers with goods and services that meet or exceed their expectations. In the past, it was believed that businesses made products first and marketing was then responsible for selling and distributing those products. Today, marketing must determine what customers want and then to provide goods and services that fill those needs.

We covered the court process from arrest through sentencing. The are many steps in the court process. We began at the beginning, looking at arrest statistics, charging documents, the initial appearance, and bail. Then we moved on to statutes of limitations, speedy trial rights, and double jeopardy.
