In this document, I summarised the most important parts I found in the papers referenced in the lectures. I looked through the textbook all year round but found the more specific papers so much more useful in the revision for the exam. If you do not have time to read them all, I provided the 2 most important papers for part two in this document with a summary for each.

These are the lecture slides we were provided in 2022/23 for the new Autumn side of International economics. This provides you with model solutions to the new types of questions in this module and guidance on the exam.

This 80+ page document provides you with all topics but my least favourite topic, the Gravity model, with explained lecture notes, labelled and explained diagrams and models, reading notes, seminar solutions that are relevant to specific topics and more! I completed all of this before my exam and wished I had done this sooner to leave time for practising past papers. This will save you so much time!

This essay received 67% overall. (achieved a 2:1) In my final year, I received a lot of helpful feedback from tutors since I was struggling quite a lot with writing with my Irlen Syndrome and ADHD. This writing style came from a lot of hard work and self-reflection. I hope that seeing a different perspective can help you in your studies also.

In my essay practise revision notes, I took all of the past paper questions from previous years and split them up into sub-questions to help me to formulate paragraphs based on different concepts and arguments that I could memorise for the exam. The document will include my own style of writing and the best sources I found according to the reading lists provided. I would recommend using this to formulate your revision notes if you struggle committing to full length essays in your revision.

Brief reading notes.

In these notes I've provided you with a summary of everything taught in the lectures for topic 1 and 2. This is especially useful if you had exceptional circumstances and missed these topics in the beginning of the module and have trouble navigating the university website, or taking notes. You could use these to start off revision notes for the year and continue with the rest of the topics.
