UNIT1-AC3.1-Plan-a-campaign-for-change-relating-to-crime
Planning a campaign for change Aims Objectives Justification Target Audience Aims are long-term or overall goals. These need to state what you want to be the outcome of this campaign. Objectives are the short-term goals of your campaign. They must be SMART: Specific – Be detailed about what you want to do Measurable – Provide a statistical target you hope to achieve Achievable – Ensure you can actually achieve the objective you have set Realistic – Don’t be too ambitious Time – Provide a timeframe for your objective(s) Explain why you have selected the crime in the campaign. It can include both personal and more objective reasoning. Make sure you comment on matters such as: - Your connection to this crime, - Details of lack of awareness, - Statistics about this crime, - Information concerning how this crime might have changed. A target audience is a particular group at which the campaign is aimed. Think carefully about who might be affected by the crime you have chosen.
