What is meant by "first aid" or "first aid measures"?
Urgent and immediate lifesaving and other measures, which can be performed for
casualties (or by the casualty) by non-medical personnel when medical personnel are

The individual being provided first aid (either self-aid, buddy-aid, or combat lifesaver) is
