performed incorrectly by having the employee explain and demonstrate
the correct methods.
7. After middle round of Observation, Explanation, Commentary and
Drill have been completed, the trainer will demonstrate how to complete
the SWM Drill Exercise (optional)
8. The employee will then conduct the SWM Drill Exercise for his or
her specific job.
