properly connected (2 A/E), when topping off the Chief is usually present and the rate of flow slows.
Bunker Spill - Answer- Call the Coast Guard, numbers are available aboard the vessel, top 4 have
them.
If a spill is on deck use diapers to try and contain/clean, kitty litter as well.
Containment Boom goes around the entire vessel from the pier so that if an oil spill occurred the spread
would be limited.
Emergency Spill Containment - Answer- Located STBD Side A Deck, next to bunkering station.
Includes diapers, booms, goggles, gloves, facemasks, scoops, shovels, bags.
