JUST CHICKEN
PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES
For Independent Contractors

OVERVIEW
My business is going to be a Sole Trader. It will be based in Aberystwyth. It is going to be a buffet style all you can
eat chicken restaurant where you can either pay a set price for all you can eat or you can order fast food style and
just buy certain products for set prices with drinks.

The Aims and Objectives
The aim of my business is to create a well-known chicken restaurant which will have a positive reputation. I will
achieve these aims by the following objectives:

Customer Service

 I will provide a great customer service when customers are ordering, creating and eating their chicken. They
should hopefully feel that they have spent their money well on something that gives them a good experience. If
the customers are pleased with the customer service they can spread the word of mouth to their friends and
family. This would benefit my business greatly as business sales can increase due to having more customers.

Profit

 I want my business to provide good services and standards but also a great deal amount of profit so that in the
future I could expand and create a franchise. Also, I would like to spend any additional business profit on
investing for the future.

Business Picture

 I would like to build a strong and positive business reputation that can increase the customer numbers. A positive
reputation can be created by good customer service and advertisement.

The Demand for a new business
There isn’t necessarily a demand for this type of business due to KFC. But in KFC they deep fry all their chicken but
in my business, there are many ways that chicken is and can be cooked which opens a larger market area.

The USP and Competitive edge
The USP of this business would be the variety of chicken that would be available. Compared to KFC which would be
its closest competitor in my business you choose what goes on the chicken and how it is cooked and you can choose
from a variety of ones that have been created by me and the staff.

The competitive edge of my business is that you can create your own toppings and flavor on your chicken would give
me the competitive edge as it means that people can have exactly what they want and exactly how they want their
chicken cooked.
